Enclosed landscaped garden with large pool, ornamental fountain, open and covered terraces, built in BBQ ideal for alfresco dining. Nearby viewing point has panoramic sea views and looks down over the cove of Barraca. The main accommodation is arranged on the first floor and is approached by a flight of 16 steps. Approximately 2 kms to the nearest beach and 9 kms to the old town of Javea, plenty of restaurants in the area and also supermarkets.

Bedrooms: Four steps down from main accommodation two twin bedrooms and the master bedroom. Double bedroom in lower accommodation.

Wash Rooms: Full en suite to the master bedroom, one shower room on upper level and one bathroom on lower level

Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen with Dishwasher. Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer in separate utility area.

Notes: Weekly linen change. Owner requests No smoking in the villa. Ceiling fans in the upstairs lounge and one of the twin bedrooms. Air conditioning in the main bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms at an extra cost payable in resort. Master bedroom has extra T.V. This villa is equipped with central heating available at an extra charge ideal for early and late season bookings.
