This modern, spacious villa is painted pale yellow ('amarillo'), and makes a welcome change from the usual whitewashed Spanish villa! Situated in the quiet residential La Cala area of Javea, it stands just 4 km from the small Granadella cove/beach and 5 km from the main resort and beach of Javea. A 2 minute walk brings you to the cliff top walk with wonderful views over the sea towards Portichol Island and the Barraca Cove with it traditional Spanish tapas restaurant next to the sea. Recently built with several unusual rustic touches, Amarillo stands in pretty lawned gardens with a large, irregular shaped swimming pool (10m x 5m, depth 1m to 2m, with roman steps), sun terraces and a shady veranda and BBQ. It is attractively furnished with a mixture of bright colours, beams, semi-hidden alcoves and tiles, and makes a most pleasant holiday home.
